Once you've set the schedule, it's time to perform each activity, all of which use more or less the same controls, which consist of dragging objects to the right places. So if you choose to dedicate the day to singing, you'll have to drag the different musical notes to the corresponding areas of the screen. If you choose cooking, on the other hand, you'll have to drop the necessary ingredients into the pot. If you want to sleep, tap on the ghosts that appear in your bed at night. Each day you complete gives you a score that you can invest in freeing up more time in your schedule or buying new clothes for your star.
